Welcome to Stassano, the newest member of the Bottega family.

Fifteen years ago, we came across an old sign belonging to a Belgian dairy company from the early 1900s. We fell in love with the name and always knew it would find a home one day.

Inspired by the Italian expression stare sano, meaning ‘to stay healthy’, Stassano reflects a simple philosophy: that good food, good company and genuine hospitality are at the heart of living well.

Now, we've brought that name to life in the heart of the CBD, creating a space inspired by the neighbourhood gathering places found throughout Italy. A place to slow down, come together and enjoy the simple pleasures of good food and great company.

From your morning coffee to a leisurely lunch or dinner with friends, our doors are open to everyone, all day long.
